It's one 2-hour session tailored specifically to you and how you smoke -
this gives you maximum opportunity to walk away a non-smoker.
This is a very
successful therapy and the two-hour session is all most people need to
gain their freedom and take control of their life again. However,
if you do have a problem after the therapy then simply ring me and I'll
arrange a free top-up session - most people don't need this but it's
nice to know it's there if you do.
